User Agreement

1. Who This Agreement Applies To

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of AeraDeal as an end user — meaning any individual who browses deals, saves offers, or redeems codes through the AeraDeal platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use AeraDeal.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned or suspended by AeraDeal.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Each person may maintain only one active account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. How Deals Work

As a user of AeraDeal, you understand and agree that:

• Deals are time-limited and posted by independent businesses — not by AeraDeal.
• Deal availability is subject to change at any time by the posting business.
• Redemption codes are single-use only and expire with the deal.
• AeraDeal does not guarantee that a business will honor any specific deal.
• You must be physically present at the business location to redeem a deal.
• Deals cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Location Services

AeraDeal uses your device's location to show you nearby deals. By enabling location services, you consent to the collection and use of your approximate location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings, though this may limit the functionality of the app.

6. Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, AeraDeal may send you alerts about new deals, expiring offers, and platform updates near your location. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AeraDeal. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to redeem deals fraudulently or multiple times.
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm businesses or other users.
• Providing false reviews or feedback about businesses.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Using the app to engage in any unlawful activity.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content through the platform, you grant AeraDeal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content to improve the Service. You represent that your submissions are truthful and do not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Disputes with Businesses

AeraDeal acts as a platform connecting users and businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a business. Any disputes regarding deal fulfillment, product quality, or service must be resolved directly with the business. AeraDeal may assist in mediation at its discretion but assumes no liability for business conduct.

10. Suspension & Termination

AeraDeal reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, engage in fraudulent behavior, or otherwise abuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any unused saved deals or pending redemptions will be forfeited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

AeraDeal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of deal listings, business availability, or uninterrupted access to the Service. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AeraDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any losses resulting from reliance on deal information or interactions with businesses.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of AeraDeal after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

14. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All saved deals, redemption history, and profile data will be removed within 30 days.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts of King County, Washington.
