By accessing or using AeraDeal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AeraDeal is a platform that connects local businesses with nearby customers through time-limited deals and offers. The Service includes a mobile application and web platform for browsing, saving, and redeeming local deals.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use AeraDeal.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may not create more than one account per person.

4. Business Accounts

Businesses using AeraDeal agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and deal descriptions.
• Honor all deals posted on the platform for their stated duration.
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive deals.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their business and promotions.
• Pay applicable fees for posting deals as described in our pricing structure.

5. Deal Redemption

• Deals are subject to availability and valid only during the stated time period.
• Each redemption code can only be used once.
• AeraDeal is not responsible if a business refuses to honor a deal.
• Deals cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other offers unless stated.
• Expired deals cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.

6. Payments

Certain features of AeraDeal require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent deals or information
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with AeraDeal are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

AeraDeal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of deal listings, business information, or the availability of any offer. We are not responsible for any disputes between users and businesses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeraDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes within the app.

13. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Pending or active deals associated with your account will be cancelled upon deletion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
